  HORRIBLE!! The worst customer service ever!!! The cashier/ "manager" of the store threatened to call the police on me because she said I was "disrespecting" her. I came in to the store to return a speaker because it wasn't working, and she told me " we can't refund items that have been opened." WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?? How are we suppose to know if the speakers are working if we don't open the box and test the item out?? She said it was store policy. Well the store policy does not make any sense. I asked for the corporate office and she refused to give me the number. I asked for her name and she also refused to give me that as well. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and my parents and threatened to us to leave the store. I asked for the number but she still refused to give that to me. I called corporate but no one answers. So, I am writing this review hoping others would read this, and reconsider about going to this store and wasting your money and time.
