  Horrible customer service. The owner was trying to hide the identity of the store and himself as if he is hiding from some authority agency. None of the staff is insured to install tvs in the home. DO NOT USE completely unprofessional and ghetto.

  We was referred to Tri Star Cable, by one of our solar customer for all my Directv Needs. Tri Star Cable didn't let us down. The customer services was professional. their tech was on time, he took the time to explained the installation and the Directv services. We will use Tri Star Cable again, and recommend them to everyone. GREAT JOB ELITE SOLAR
